Joseph Lesniak has practiced law since 2003. Most of this time, Joe worked as an assistant district attorney for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Over his career, Joe rose to the level of chief prosecutor of the Special Victims and Domestic Violence Division where he prosecuted hundreds of serious crimes.
Joe also served as the lead prosecutor for the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. In this position, he trained and mentored prosecutors on how to investigate and prosecute online child predator and child pornography cases.
Since founding our firm in 2012, Joe draws in his extensive experience to advocate for people facing serious criminal charges. When you work with our law firm, you will work with a lawyer who understands how prosecutors and law enforcement agents build cases. This experience is simply invaluable, and has led to many positive outcomes.
